Hi! I literally just made an account to comment on this game, but had forgotten 'oh yeah you need to play it'
So here I am! I'll be honest, the thing that drew me to this game was the fact that my name was in the title, but then the story itself actually sucked me in more. The puzzles were rather simple but you know what, I liked that. (loading screens were a bit long but eh, I'm not really complaining). Also hooo my god those drug parts where the screen went all funny had me nauseous. Before you ask, yes I do have a friend named Kate, but she's long distance.
Thanks for the feedback! Im glad you liked it :)
Hey there, here is the last part of your game, i absolutely loved it, it was very interesting and i enjoyed it a lot, keep up the amazing work that you are doing for the future projects if you have any =]
Thanks for the feedback! :)
Well, I was expecting this game/project to last around the 20-30 minute mark but it went on for longer than anticipated.
The graphics are very well polished. The story line just kept me engrossed to the point were I wanted to find the next journal and each portal adventure just made me want to play more.
The controls were just spot on and I had to play the entire project/game. Fantastic.
Parts 2 to 9 are in the description and all 9 parts are being uploaded to Daily Motion as well.
Thank you DEVS so much producing this graphicly/story driven game. I really enjoyed it. It was nice and easy going (except for the point where i died in the first cave and nearly pooped myself lol) which is good in between playing some off the more hardcore games.
The final mix of the video was just over 9 gigs after mixing down from 24 gigs with 2 hours of full gameplay.
During the mixing I'm listening to the mighty "The Fall" and the "Extricate" album RIP Mark E Smith (sorry)
Regards

Added note: If the DEVS want to add somthing or change anything then please, let me know,
Thank you so much! I appreciate the feedback :D
Hey there, I played your game and made a video on it, it is super interesting and reminds me a bit of Alice In Wonderland, which i love a lot!, i will play it fully through, the artstyle is really nice to look at too! keep up the amazing work you are doing! =]
Thank you!
for the next episode I'll be sure to run back through the earlier sections to grab those journals!
Doing a short series on this now. I've gotta say, I went in not expecting much. But was pleasantly surprised. All of the environments are unique and beautiful, the music choices are gorgeous and really sell the atmosphere and there is an amazing sense of both adventure and dread throughout the world. The story is minimal, but there is enough there to keep you intrigued and invested.
I did have a few issues mechanically though, some of the journals weren't readable and seemingly hindered my progression on the tropical area. Looking forward to finishing this awesome experience you've crafted.
Thank you so much for the feedback :D
I feel really stupid I just fixed that bug with the journals but apparently that problem came back and im really annoyed that after all this testing it decided to break again >:(
Im going to update it ASAP (I just fixed the issue with the journal.) Was the journal on the island the only one that didn't work?
Okay I just updated it. I'm so annoyed that that unity update screwed it over but oh well.. stuff happens.
Heya, I hate to be a bother but many, if not most, of the journals and notes are still unreadable. The one that appears to be progression breaking (though that is speculation on my end as there may be another way to progress) is in the area after the sled on the floating platforms near the beach. I've played the updated version and it seems to be identical to the earlier one in which ones can and can't be read. I don't know if you watched my video on it, but it does show each note and journal and whether they can be read up to that point. I have really enjoyed the game so far and hope to see it to completion. Looking forward to an update :)
Thanks so much for sticking along for this mess XD I finally figured out the problem and it was really stupid but im playtesting it and making sure its all good - Il have a final version up as soon as I can :)
(I feel like such a dork since the game was working perfectly when I put it on GameJolt but I had to compress the game assets a bit so i could put it on Itch.io and my new version of unity messed a bunch of stuff up and ugh)
No worries at all, I'm always impressed that anyone can turn around, find the issue and fix it. I sometimes have a hard time with WASD, space and a mouse.
Haha I just finished playing through the whole thing and everything is working as intended. The update will be released in around 15 mins! :D
Okay all that chaos is finally over and the final build is complete :)
